By accessing or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms. We aim to provide exceptional photography experiences while ensuring clarity and fairness. To secure a photography session, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Payments can be made via approved methods listed on our website. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur fees. Late payments may result in session cancellation.
Photography sessions are scheduled for specific durations and locations agreed upon during booking. Clients are expected to arrive on time to maximize session time. Additional time may be available at an extra cost, subject to photographer availability. Props or special setups must be pre-approved. We strive to create a professional and enjoyable experience. Any client behavior disrupting the session may lead to termination without refund.
Edited digital images will be delivered within the timeframe specified at booking, typically 2-4 weeks. Images are provided in a digital gallery for download. Clients receive a limited license for personal use of images. Commercial use requires explicit written consent and additional fees. Images may not be altered or edited by clients. We retain the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Commencement Photographers is not liable for injuries or damages during sessions, except in cases of gross negligence. Clients are responsible for their safety and belongings during shoots. We follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. Clients must disclose any health or safety concerns prior to the session. Cooperation ensures a smooth and safe experience.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the session, subject to availability. Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance may receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours. Inclement weather or emergencies may warrant exceptions at our discretion. We aim to accommodate reasonable requests. Repeated cancellations may restrict future bookings.
All photographs created by Commencement Photographers remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a personal use license with delivered images. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. We may showcase images in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials unless clients opt out in writing. Photographers retain copyright over all images. Respecting our work ensures continued quality service.
